A Rare Case Report- An Incidental Finding of Isolated Unilocular Splenic Hydatid Cyst

Splenic Hydatid Cyst is a very rare presentation with less than 5% of total incidences Cystic Echinococcosis. It usually due to spread cysts from other regions leading secondaries. Primary isolated splenic hydatid cyst without involvement any organs even rarer. We report an unusual case female who presented as Abnormal Uterine Bleeding (AUB) incidental finding Isolated absence organ. Patient underwent laparotomy and splenectomy was done. This targets unilocular spleen describes its management.
